We're based in Ontario, Canada but work with clients globally. Most projects are handled remotely via video calls, project management tools, and shared staging sites. We've successfully delivered projects for clients across Canada and internationally.
Typically within 1-2 weeks of signing the contract and receiving the deposit. For urgent projects, we can sometimes accommodate rush timelines with a 25% rush fee.

Pricing & Payment
Every package includes mobile-responsive design, SEO-optimized structure, performance optimization, security best practices, contact forms, training documentation, clean source code, and a post-launch support period (30-90 days depending on tier).
Yes. Our standard payment structure is 50% deposit to start the project, 50% due upon completion. For enterprise projects over $10,000, we can arrange milestone-based payments: 33% deposit, 33% at design approval, 34% at launch.
No. Our quotes are all-inclusive for the agreed scope. The only additional costs would be third-party services you choose (hosting, premium plugins, stock assets), scope changes or feature additions you request mid-project, and domain registration (typically $15-50/year). We always get your approval before any additional charges.
Minor tweaks within your support period (30-90 days) are included. After that, small text or image changes run $50-150, larger updates are quoted at $100/hour, and we offer monthly retainers starting at $200/month.
Before design starts: full refund minus payment processing fees. During design phase: refund of deposit minus third-party costs and design work completed. After development starts: deposit is non-refundable, but we're committed to working with you until satisfied.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a small business package and upgrade later as their needs grow. We assess what features you want to add, provide a quote for the difference, and implement the additional features.
Process & Timeline
Small business packages take 2-3 weeks with simple sites and basic functionality. Medium business packages take 4-6 weeks with custom integrations and database work. Enterprise packages take 8-12+ weeks for complex applications. These timelines assume timely feedback and content from your side.
Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), content for each page (written copy, images, videos), technical details (domain name, hosting preferences, integrations needed), and strategy information (target audience, business goals, competitor websites you like). We provide a detailed checklist after contract signing.
Your total time commitment is typically 2-4 hours: initial discovery call (30-60 minutes), design review and feedback (30-60 minutes), mid-project check-in (15-30 minutes), final review before launch (30-60 minutes), and training session after launch (30 minutes). You'll receive weekly updates that don't require action.

Support & Maintenance
Small business: 30 days support. Medium business: 90 days. Enterprise: 1 year. Support includes bug fixes, minor content updates, technical questions, usage guidance, performance monitoring, and security updates. After your support period, we offer hourly rates ($100/hour) or monthly retainers starting at $200/month.
If it's a bug from our work, we fix it free during the support period. After the support period: our bug is fixed at 50% discount ($50/hour), third-party issues or user errors are at full rate ($100/hour). We document everything thoroughly so post-launch bugs are rare.
Yes. Basic plan ($200/month): software updates, security patches, backups, uptime monitoring, 1 hour of small changes. Plus plan ($500/month): everything in Basic plus content updates, minor design tweaks, 3 hours of changes, and priority support. Premium plan ($1,000/month): everything in Plus plus monthly performance reports, SEO monitoring, 6 hours of changes, and a monthly strategy call.
Absolutely. We can register new domains, transfer existing ones, configure DNS, set up email forwarding, recommend hosting, deploy your site, configure SSL certificates, and set up CDN. We typically recommend Vercel for Next.js sites (~$20/month) or Hostinger as a budget option (~$10/month).
Revisions & Changes
Small business: 1 round. Medium business: 2 rounds. Enterprise: unlimited. A 'round' means comprehensive feedback on the full project at a major milestone (usually after design mockups and before final launch). Additional rounds beyond your package run $200-500 depending on scope.
Revisions (included): changing colors, fonts, layouts, adjusting text, images, spacing, tweaking existing functionality, fixing bugs. New features (additional cost): adding pages not in original scope, adding new functionality not discussed, integrating new tools/services, complete redesign of a section. We always flag ambiguity and discuss before proceeding.
Minor direction changes (color scheme, layout preferences, style refinements) are normal and included. Major changes like starting over completely would be considered a scope change and may incur additional fees ($500-2,000 depending on progress). We discuss this upfront and get your approval before proceeding.
Special Situations
Yes. We offer a 15% discount for registered nonprofits. Small business package: $1,236 (normally $1,454). Medium business: $3,304 (normally $3,887). Enterprise: 15% off custom quote. Provide documentation and mention nonprofit status in your inquiry.
Sometimes, depending on our current workload. Rush projects require a 25% fee added to the base price, all content and assets ready upfront, limited revision rounds, and your availability for quick feedback. Typical rush timelines: small project in 7-10 days, medium project in 2-3 weeks.
Absolutely, redesigns are one of our specialties. Our process includes auditing your current site, analyzing analytics data, identifying SEO value to preserve, migrating valuable content, redesigning and rebuilding, setting up 301 redirects, and launching with monitoring.

Situations where we might not be the best fit: budget under $1,000, need it done in under a week, want a template/DIY solution, or expect 24/7 availability.
